đş TV WORTH WATCHING
Katrina: Come Hell or High Water (Netflix)
A powerful, three-part docuseries honoring the 20th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. The Spike Lee episode in particular is required viewing. A deeply human story of institutional failure, human resilience, and a city still rebuilding. Letâs all collectively try to remember the lessons we learned.
Unknown Number: High School Catfish (Netflix)
A 13-year-old girl is being ruthlessly cyber bullied, receiving up to 50 horrifying messages a day insulting her and telling her to kill herself. The twist? IT WAS HER MOM. Who is in this documentary trying to explain herself.
With Love, Meghan â Season 2 (Netflix)
If you need true background tv this season is more talk show than how-to this time. If you just want the highlights: Meghan once taught bookbinding, when she was an actress she rewarded herself after a good audition with a McDonald's apple pie, and she recommends lavender for everything.
Things I I will be trying:
David Changâs steak marinade
Packing a silk pillowcase to sleep on and using it as a laundry bag on the way home.
Sorbet in champagne
The Terminal List: Dark Wolf (Prime Video)
The Terminal List prequel doubles down on everything Amazon does best: explosions, espionage, and emotionally damaged Navy SEALs. Taylor Kitsch takes the lead this time as Ben Edwards, charting his messy path from soldier to CIA operative, with Chris Pratt showing up as James Reece. Itâs all covert ops, shifting loyalties, and âbrotherhood but make it morally compromised.â Basically, the most Amazon Prime show to ever Amazon Prime.
Rainmaker (Peacock)
John Grishamâs courtroom classic gets the glossy TV treatment, stretching the David vs. Goliath lawsuit into a serialized legal soap. A baby-faced rookie lawyer is trying to take down a corrupt insurance company, and John Slattery is his perfectly smug opponent across the aisle. Big monologues, high-stakes trial drama.
My Life with the Walter Boys (Netflix)
Think The Summer I Turned Pretty but with more denim and horses. A teenage girl moves in with a family of twelve after tragedy strikes, and suddenly sheâs surrounded by hot ranch brothers, endless sibling drama, and a love triangle so obvious even the cows can see it coming. Itâs heartfelt, soapy, and engineered to make you pick a team by episode two.

đŹ MOVIES WORTH WATCHING
The Thursday Murder Club (Netflix)
A bunch of retirees in a cozy English village crack cold cases until they stumble into a very current murder. Itâs warm, hilarious, and features Dame Helen Mirren, Sir Ben Kingsley, and Pierce Brosnan. The cast is stacked, the mystery is fun, and itâs based on a hit book series.
Thunderbolts* (Disney+ / Hulu)
Spoiler Alert: theyâre like the misfit Avengers.
The new Superman (VoD) or you can watch the wonderful documentary Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story (HBO Max) tissues required
đ RABBIT HOLES
Team Conrad or Team Jeremiah?
The internet is divided. Even Football teams are weighing in.
Elizabeth Gilbertâs new memoir chapter
The Eat, Pray, Love authorâs latest? She fell in love with her dying best friend, who then becomes addicted to drugs, and it ends with her realizing sheâs a sex and love addict. Itâs a lot. Read the excerpt here.
The best internet trend was Morning! A woman doing an impression of Snapchat filters. I love impressions of inanimate things.

âN
Fair note. The reason I wrote it that way is because I felt the thing that distinguishes this doc from the podcast or lIfetime movie is that the Mom is on camera explaining herself,
We were talking about the pregnancy robots with friends last week and honestly out of all the techs out there... Why not. Maybe this will prevent us from having to go through a real life handmaid's tale.
Do they really need to look like humans though đ. That's another valid question.
